Latihan MARCOM kali ini di lakukan di Pantai Telok Kalong memandangkan gelanggang RIDAM tidak dapat menampung ahli baru yang terlibat.

Modul 3 pada kali ini memuatkan:

1- MARCOM review last session
2- MARCOM punch protection and attack (2 types)
3- MARCOM clutch protection (1 types)
4- MARCOM hug protection and attack (1 types)
5- MARCOM head grap protection and attack (1 type)

Latihan MARCOM 16 Julai 2009 - Modul 1

Latihan MARCOM (modul 1) di Gelanggang RIDAM

Syukur, batch pertama MARCOM selesai menjalani latihan modul 1 di Gelanggang RIDAM.
Antara initisari yang dimuatkan pada malam tersebut adalah:-

1- MARCOM Streching and Gripping
2- MARCOM basic pasic punches and kicks (4+4)
3- MARCOM hand force avoid attack (HFA)
4- MARCOM punch protection and attack (3 types)
5- MARCOM kick protection and attack (1 type)

Buat masa ini, tiada uniform seragam untuk digunakan dalam latihan (dalam tempahan).
